CHILDREN'S CORNER:  There are now new sections in the children's area, notably a collection of brand new children's DVDs which you can borrow for a week for just £1.10. There are titles to suit all ages - from Bedtime Stories for toddlers to Honey I shrunk the kids and Nanny McPhee for older children.

There's also a lovely shelf full of new "Touch and Feel" books suitable for the smallest fingers! Some favourites include That's Not My Kitten; That's Not My Dinosaur; Night Time and Jungle (both Sounds of the Wild); Fuzzy Yellow Ducklings; What Makes a Rainbow?; Pat the Bunny and Colours and Shapes for babies.

NEW PROJECTOR AND SCREEN:  - The library is now equipped with a data projector and large screen making it an ideal venue for community groups and businesses for meetings and presentations. See our Hiring the Library page for details
  
INTERNET & EMAIL CLASSES:
   Internet and e-mail classes have now been split into Beginners on Tuesdays 11.00 to 12.00 and More Experienced from 12.00 to 1.00. Contact George May here also.
